Vacant Positions
1. Chapter Secretary
Job Responsibilities:

Act as the administrative head of the local PGGA chapter.

Maintain detailed and accurate records, correspondence, and reports.

Coordinate with the national headquarters and other regional chapters.

Organize events, meetings, and outreach activities.

Oversee chapter logistics, membership drives, and budgeting.

Ensure compliance with PGGA policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Management, or Social Sciences.

Experience in administrative roles or NGO sector preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Trainer
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions and workshops on leadership, citizenship, and personal development.

Design training materials, modules, and evaluation frameworks.

Facilitate learning through both classroom and field-based activities.

Mentor girl guides, volunteers, and junior staff.

Monitor progress and submit training reports to supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Training, Social Work, or Community Development.

Prior experience in training, teaching, or development projects.

Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) from an HEC-recognized university.
